Wonokusumo village is an endemic area of the Dengue Haemorrhagic Fever (DHF) in Surabaya City. The high rate of the DHF occurrence is closely related to a lot of Aedes aegypti mosquito habitats. The purpose of this research was to analize the relation of the environmental condition, container and the society’s behavior to the existence of the Aedes aegypti mosquitoes. This was an observational research, it belongs to the cross-sectional research, with a population of  the inhabitants’  houses occupied as homes. The sample size is 100 houses, taken in the simple random sampling way. Interviews, measurement and profound observation are done to know the variables researched.The data were analyzed with the Chi-square statistic test and the Fisher exact test to know the relationship of the environmental condition (air temperature, air humidity), containers (the type of containers) and the behavior (knowledge, the attitude and act) with  the existence of the Aedes aegypti larvae. This research finds a result that there is a significant relation between the air humidity (p=0,000), the type of containers (p=0,004), the knowledge (p=0,001) and practice (p=0,001)  with  the existence of the Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae. While, the air temperature and respondents’ attitudes   don’t have a significant relation with the existence of the Aedes aegypti larvae.The research results conclude that the environmental condition, containers and the behaviors unsupportive to the PSN (the eradiacation of the mosquitoes’ habitat)  & abatement actions can increase the density of the Aedes aegypti mosquito larvae with the density rate of the larvae indicating a high spread, that is HI = 68%, CI = 30.6%, BI = 82%, and DF = 8. It is suggested that peoples participate in eradication of DHF disease by eradicate the nest of Aedes aegypti mosquitoes with doing 3M.
